Shiplify, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Shiplify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to describe our privacy practices, including the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances in which we disclose it. This Policy applies to all personal information we collect online, including through our website at shiplify.com, and all other online services in which we post this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not apply to information we process as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our customers, such as carriers and shipment companies. Shiplify does not control how our customers use information Shiplify processes on their behalf, and you should consult with the applicable customer to understand how they use information they receive from Shiplify.

By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing us with information online, you acknowledge the applicability of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not access or use the Services or provide us with information.

What Information Do We Collect?

  • Account Information: You can update certain of your information within your Shiplify account.
  • Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the directions in those emails. Please note that if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you administrative emails regarding the Services, including, for example, notices of updates to our Terms of Use or this Policy.

Our website may contain links to sites and services provided by other parties. We do not control those websites or services, and we are not responsible for their conduct. These websites are governed by their own policies regarding privacy and security, not by this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every website you visit before providing them with any of your information.

Security

We have implemented procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No security measures, however, are perfect. Therefore, we do not promise and cannot guarantee, and thus you should not expect, that your personal information or communications will not be collected, disclosed and/or used by others.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not designed for minors under 18, and our Terms of Use prohibit use by anyone under 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with “personal information,” as defined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will close the account and delete the personal information to the extent required by COPPA.

Data Retention

We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and your choices, after which time we may delete and/or aggregate it. We may also retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our Services are designed for businesses in the United States. If you access our Services from outside of the United States, please be aware that information about you may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries outside the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country and where data may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities under certain circumstances. California Do-Not-Track Disclosure

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.

We may change or update this Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to review this Policy periodically. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you as required by law, such as by e-mail to the address you have provided. By continuing to access or otherwise use the Services, you agree to the terms of the then-current Policy.
